Dear friends,
A note of thanks to everyone who registered as a member of the Prayer Group of faithful believers who will pray one decade of the Holy Rosary each day, starting from Sunday 1st August 2021.
The month of August is dedicated to The Immaculate Heart of Mary, in the Catholic Liturgical Calendar.
Participants will pray on a daily basis (prayer sheet is attached below for those not familiar with the prayers), at their own time and from wherever they are.
We will pray for the intentions,(for which the August intentions are shown below). Each month the list of prayer intentions will be updated and shared here on the blog.
If anyone wishes to join the group, please let us know by making a comment in the comment section of this blog or sending an email to meifoong09@gmail.com with "I Want To Join The Prayer Group".

This is the list of prayers to be prayed daily (It is one decade of the Holy Rosary).
I would like to share a testimony about my finding a job – which was a miracle!
My name is Salome and my previous job was as a front-liner in the private sector.
For five years, from 2015 till 2020, I applied for various government jobs, but my efforts were all in vain. This was a leap of faith for me. I did not know what to do, but just continued to trust God to provide me with a government job.
Then, on 28th September 2020, seven of our family members visited the Chapel of Immaculate Conception, Sungai Batu, in Bedong, Kedah.
I offered my special intention to our Blessed Mother Mary, and laid it at her feet, along with those of my family members. By the time we returned home to Kuala Lumpur the same day, I had mentally prepared myself with a renewed passion and outlook on life, filled with hope.
Months continued to pass by as I waited for an interview from the government hospital. During this time, I continued to read God’s Word almost everyday to build my faith in Christ.
Finally, on 5th January 2021, I received an email from Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya requesting me to attend an interview via a video call on 18th January 2021. Thankfully, the interview was a success, and on 9th February 2021, I received the letter of employment.
With tears of joy, I gave thanks to Mother Mary for her powerful intercession in helping me get the job as Juruteknoloji Makmal Perubatan U29, with God’s blessings.
Today, I have a SMILE again. I have a new job which helps to save people’s lives, with a more flexible schedule that allows me to honour the commitment I have made concerning God.
THANK YOU a thousand times over, dear Lord and Mother Mary.

On 28 June 2021, we posted an open invitation to everyone who might like to join our very first prayer group, Please click on the following link JOIN OUR PRAYER GROUP?
The purpose of organizing a prayer group is so that we can pray as one concerted voice while offering up our prayer intentions, which will be renewed on a monthly basis.
To ‘belong’ to a group also makes everyone feel more committed to praying daily. Hence, we have asked for interested persons to register.
If anyone wants to be part of the prayer group but does not wish to register to join the group it is alright too.
For those who are not familiar with what the prayers are like, here is the Prayer Sheet for your reference.
These prayers are to be said daily at your own time and place.
